Lead-free elastomeric PVC jacketing compounds are granular compounds which are manufactured through mixing, plasticizing and pelletizing processes. They regard advanced PVC resin as the basic raw materials, and add plasticizer, stabilizer and other accessory ingredients.
环保型聚氯乙烯弹性体护套料是以优质聚氯乙烯树脂为基料，加入特种增塑剂、稳定剂等助剂，经混合、塑化、造粒而成的粒状电缆料。
 
Characteristics and Application 特点及用途
Those products have excellent mechanical and physical properties, soft and flexible, as well as good processability. They can meet RoHS Standard. They are mainly used for the jacketing of oil-resistant cables, elevator cables, oil-resistant soft wires of t dust collector, heavy soft wires, jacketing of crane cables and so on.
产品具有良好的机械物理性能、弹性和柔软性，加工性能优异，符合RoHS环保标准。主要用于有耐油要求的电线电缆、电梯电缆、耐油吸尘器软线、重型软线、起重机电缆等护层材料。
 
Processing Indicator加工工艺
Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
建议使用普通长径比为20-25的单螺杆挤出机进行生产。
